If you are having issues with a product you received through our site please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our service representatives will try to assist you.
To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in its original packaging. We will also require your online order number to be able to access the order and date. To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is damaged in any way
Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the item has gone bad due to improper storage or an is passed its best before date we will not be able to return or exchange it.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
